A graduate of CY Cergy Paris University and PhD in chemistry in cotutelle with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Camille Lozada puts her scientific expertise and knowledge of the academic ecosystem at the service of the rapprochement between research and industry.
As head of the industrial clubs of the PUI CY Transfer, it promotes synergies between laboratories, companies and economic development actors in order to transform the results of research into concrete innovations at the service of territories and industrial sectors. His experience as a researcher also allows him to understand academic issues while facilitating dialogue with socio-economic partners.
Among the first dynamics involved is the Club Techn It brings together several academic and industrial actors on water issues and already has several ongoing collaborations. As such, the project « Chlorine-free water », developed with ERRMECe and SEDIF, aims to distribute chlorine-free water while controlling its organoleptic properties as well as microbial risk.
Regular events also allow club members to discuss their projects and innovations. At a Café Innovation Techn Fenycare notably presented its washbasin without plumbing.
New technical water events will soon be offered around a variety of formats: innovation cafes, expert focus and site visits, with the ambition to further strengthen the links between academic research and industrial innovation.
