The Ministerial and Operational Steering Committee – Interdepartmental Monitoring Committee (CPMO-CISU) validated the continuation of the PUI CY Transfer and renewal of its funding for the next three years. A new step that reinforces the momentum initiated since 2023 and opens a new phase of development for our innovation ecosystem.
A new step for the PUI CY Transfer
We are pleased to announce the renewal of PUI CY Transfer for the period 2026-2028, following the decision of the Ministerial and Operational Steering Committee – Interministerial Monitoring Committee (CPMO-CISU).
This decision is an important step for the PUI CY Transfer. It recognizes the work accomplished since its launch in 2023 and bears witness to the maturity now acquired by our ecosystem.
After a first phase devoted to initiation and structuring, the PUI CY Transfer is entering a new period of development and consolidation, with a renewed ambition: to pursue and amplify its mission of accelerating the transfer of innovation to society.
A collective dynamic for innovation
This renewal is above all a collective success.
Over the past three years, more 60 partners – higher education and research institutions, national bodies, communities, businesses, incubators, support structures and innovation actors – help to make the PUI CY Transfer a true Accelerator of collaboration between public research and the socio-economic world.
This first phase included:
- federate a solid ecosystem around innovation;
- strengthening the recovery dynamics research partnerships;
- develop a recognized expertise in the humanities and social sciences ;
- support the emergence of innovative and start-up projects ;
- creating new spaces for meetings and cooperation between researchers, companies and local actors.
2026-2028: a new ambition
The period 2026-2028 opens a new stage for the PUI CY Transfer, with several strong priorities.
It will be particularly marked by expansion of the consortium with integration of the Université Sorbonne Paris Nord from 2026, the strengthening of collaborations with enterprises, the development of new prematurisation and entrepreneurial support programmes, as well as the further structuring of an ever-increasing ecosystem Open, agile and efficient.
This new phase is intended to enhance synergies between research, innovation and socio-economic actors, serving high-potential projects and their impact on society and territories.
