Our Governance

The strategic direction of PUI CY Transfer is made up of leaders of the founding members (CYU, CNRS, CEREMA and ERGANEO). This COMEX examines applications for projects from companies, researchers, start-ups and students.

The operational team, in conjunction with field focal points, is responsible for tracing applications for projects to COMEX and for projects selected for the mobilisation of appropriate resources and the monitoring of development support.

Our Organization

The COMEX

in charge of strategic pilotage.

This governance has been defined to ensure agility, responsiveness and effectiveness in the deployment of the IPP's action programme. It is based on three assumptions: a tight comex with decision-making power, a dedicated team in close liaison with the founders and partners, and, structured processes on the four innovation paths.

COMEX is composed of the founding members (CYU, CNRS, CEREMA and ERGANEO), representatives of graduate school partners (ESSEC and CY Tech), representatives of the Territory's socio-economic partners by college (economic, state and industrial by sector), representatives of CY Alliance, and members involved in entrepreneurship (PEPITE CY Entrepreneur, incubators and investors). The representatives of the founding members (VP, Directors and CEOs) are all involved in the governance of their institution.

LOperational Team Operational

Pre-selection and Project monitoring

The operational team is based on the current CY Transfer team, which will be complemented by additional human resources to cover all areas of expertise required.

It works daily and continuously on the PUI in close coordination with the field teams of the founding members and partners on the various fields of transfer and innovation (awareness and training, partnerships, IP, etc.). This articulation is facilitated by the establishment of PUI focal points within the partners and founding members.

The enhancement of the Human and Social Sciences, a unique characteristic, unique to the PUI CY Transfer.

In its strategy, the PUI CY Transfer has a special interest in the Human and Social Sciences: it is on its territory the operator of their socio-economic development. The PUI CY Transfer links SHS researchers to the concrete needs of local actors. Work on societal issues – whether social innovation, education, urban dynamics or digital transformation – is echoed in partnerships with communities, businesses and associations.

The mission of SHS is to ensure that the knowledge and expertise produced within the university is fully exploited to meet contemporary challenges.

The meeting app between researchers and innovators !

With Konekti, you have an application (web and mobile) for matching, which allows you to connect the laboratory staff of PII establishments (researchers, engineers, etc.) with the industrialists.

The objective: a simpler and faster contact between the academic world and companies.
