The Region supports scientific employment in relation to the needs of
by co-financing doctoral grants involving
Academic laboratory and a socio-economic partner.
Call for projects open to: Research Professional, Research Institution and Laboratory
What kind of project?
The Region co-finances between 100,000€ and 120,000€ maximum 36 month doctoral research allowance on projects with a numerical dimension on the following themes detailed in the text of the call for projects:
A- Impact of climate change and exceptional events (wind, heat waves...) on the building and infrastructure.
B- Health prevention (including mental health, infectious diseases...)
C- Pedagogical innovation and digital use in education and training (school and higher education)
D- Economic and organisational models of energy, digital, ecological transitions...
E- Impacts of the new francilian transport map on territorial dynamics (grand Paris express and new RER lines)
Who can benefit from it?
Young scientists carrying out their doctorates shared between a research higher education institution and a socio-economic structure established in Île-de-France.
With reference to the European criteria for scientific and technological employment, no criteria for the nationality, age and sex of candidates are used.
Applicants for this allowance must meet the following criteria:
- Holder of a master's degree 2 or equivalent, not holding a doctorate,
- Enrol in a doctoral school in France, in the first year of doctoral studies in the academic year 2026-2027,
- Commit to begin his doctoral research by January 2027.
What is the nature of aid?
Funding of doctoral salaries, between 100,000€ and 120,000€ maximum per doctoral student to pay for his research activity.
Regional funding is provided to the employer institutions of the successful doctoral students.
Co-financing over the three years (excluding any management costs) is expected from the socio-economic partners (student's salary, environmental costs, etc.).
For businesses, the minimum amount will be 20 000€ over three years.
