The Île-de-France Region, the EIT Manufacturing, Fives and Michelin are calling for ambitious projects to revolutionize industrial design through artificial intelligence. Innovative companies have until 10 February 2026 to propose their solutions and to obtain a grant of up to EUR 500 000.
Transforming industrial engineering with AI
This challenge aims to develop artificial intelligence solutions capable of improving the efficiency of engineering in the manufacturing sector. Whether to assist designers in the production of technical documents, to automatically detect non-conformities or to propose innovative designs based on history, the possibilities are vast.
Project promoters can rely on a list of five priority use cases, while maintaining the freedom to propose other solutions relevant to industrial engineering.
Who can apply?
The scheme is aimed at SMEs, SMEs and ITEs, as well as groups involving public laboratories and private enterprises. Candidates must be established or planned for implementation in Île-de-France within six months.
The funding takes the form of a grant, the rate of which varies according to the size of the enterprise, ranging from 40% to 60% of the project expenditure. Public laboratories can benefit from up to 100% funding up to EUR 120,000.
