Are you a researcher, teacher-researcher or promoter of a research project on the employment of people with disabilities? In 2026, Agefiph launched a new call for research projects to support work to better understand issues related to occupational inclusion and to change employment practices and policies.
The call is addressed to research teams and promoters of academic projectswith particular attention to projects multidisciplinary and participatory, involving researchers and actors in the field: companies, associations, employment actors, occupational health professionals, etc.
Priority themes for 2026
Projects may include:
- Mental health and employment
- Neurodevelopment disorders and employment
- Inclusive working environments and reasonable accommodation
- Access and retention in employment
- Reliability of employment data for persons with disabilities
- Artificial intelligence for professional inclusion
Projects must help to produce knowledge for employment actors and likely to change schemes, practices or policies for occupational inclusion.
Up to 50,000 € Financing
For this edition 2026, four research projects can be supported, with funding of up to 50,000 € by project. The appeal is open to the entire national territory.
Applications from 1 to 30 September 2026
Nominations due between 1 and 30 September 2026on the platform Agefiph Handinnov. The application shall take the form of a Intent note up to 10 pages.
