LANR launches the new edition of the LabCom programme, a key mechanism for start-ups, SMEs and ETI wishing to build lasting collaborations with public research. This funding allows you to structure your relations with an academic laboratory on a sustainable basis by creating a Joint Laboratory with shared governance and roadmap.
Key points of the device
- Exclusive bilateral partnership : a company (SMEs, ETI or startup) + a public laboratory
- Lump sum financing : of 54 months for the research laboratory
- Shared governance : contract defining road map, means and common strategy
- Flexible approach : minimum 54 months programme, no fixed objectives in advance
- Target duration : continuation strategy beyond ANR funding
Time frame and approaches
Two filing sessions :
- Wave 1 : until 27 February 2026 at 5pm CET
- Wave 2 : until 22 September 2026 at 5pm CEST
Two-step process :
- Mounting phase (max 6 months): preparation of file and validation of contract by ANR
- Operating phase : implementation over the remaining period (up to T0 + 54 months)
