The Administrative Research Training Convention (COFRA) provides an innovative framework for public employers to host doctoral students to conduct work directly related to their missions.
Since 2022, the National Gendarmerie has been fully committed to this dynamic, already welcoming nine doctoral students from various disciplines: basic sciences, engineering, humanities and social sciences.
The COFRA system, managed within the Gendarmerie by the Research Centre (CRGN), allows complete support: from the creation of the application file to the management of the contract of employment (up to 6 years, with a first contract of 3 years renewable).

👉 Three new doctoral students will be integrated.
🗓️ File to be submitted before July 30, 2025.
📌 Contract started on November 3, 2025.
💼 Category A contract, approximately 1800 € Net/month.
