Submission modalities
The filing process takes place in two stages:
- Letter of intent + budget : Before Friday, 17 April → Quick check of eligibility
- Full folder : Before Wednesday, 22 April

An administrative and legal eligibility study will be carried out internally before the dossier is sent to the COMBIO coordinator
