The National Research Agency opens edition 2026 of the instrument MRSEI – Assembly of European or International Scientific Networks.
This scheme is intended for French research teams wishing to initiate, structure and coordinate an international scientific network with a view to tabling an ambitious collaborative project, notably under Horizon Europe or other international calls.
Objective
The MRSEI programme aims to: support the strategic phase of assembly of large-scale collaborative projects.
It makes it possible to finance the actions necessary to form a solid consortium, coordinated by a French team, with a clear objective: leading to the deposit of a competitive European or international project.
Financing
- Total : 36 000 €
- of which 31 718 € in direct costs
- Duration 24 months
