This governance has been defined to ensure agility, responsiveness and effectiveness in the deployment of the IPP's action programme. It is based on three assumptions: a tight comex with decision-making power, a dedicated team in close liaison with the founders and partners, and, structured processes on the four innovation paths.
Composed of representatives of CY Alliance, public and private actors in the territory, representatives of small and large companies and the 5 founding members (CY Cergy Paris Université, SATT Erganeo, CNRS, Cerema and Sorbonne Paris Nord University), this governance body meets once a quarter to follow the project's roadmap whose ambition is to accelerate the region's innovation dynamics targeted at researchers, students, businesses and start-ups.
