The financing instrument « Collaborative research projects – Business » (PRCE) is dedicated to collaborations that are established between at least one laboratory of research and knowledge dissemination organization or institution eligible for funding from ANR and at least one company or commercial company with R&D involvement.37 The project can be coordinated by the public partner or the private partner.
These projects aim to achieve jointly research results that will benefit both parties, by allowing public or private laboratories of research or knowledge dissemination institutions to address new research issues, or to address them differently, and by enabling companies to access public research at the highest level in order to improve their innovation capacity in different terms.
