The Île-de-France Region is preparing to launch a new Call for projects « Major areas of research and innovation » (DIM). Its opening is planned in November 2026with a closing of applications in May 2027.

This new edition will take the form of a White call, without any imposed theme, in order to give way to the most ambitious scientific initiatives.

A novelty to support breaking search

The 2026 edition is distinguished by the creation of a component dedicated to the search for rupture. In addition to the major research networks, this will accompany more exploratory and innovative projects, carried out by two or three researchers or research teams. An opportunity to bring out new, bold ideas that can sustainably transform knowledge.

  • Health Bioconvergence for Health, C-Brains, One Health 2.0 and ITAC;
  • Environment : Origins and MaTeRre;
  • Digital : AI4IDF and QuanTIP;
  • Heritage : PAST.

Previously, between 2017 and 2021the Region 110 M€ Financing of the 13 Areas of Major Interest, confirming its commitment to a search for excellence in the service of the territory.

The application procedures and reference documents will be made available on the approach to the opening of the call and will be reflected in the agenda of the Innovation Portal of the PUI CY Transfer.
