– Scientific impact and innovation: 99% of the theses will be supported, 14% of the projects lead to breaking innovation, notably in mathematics/modelling, IA/data, mobility/transport and health/biotech.
– Enhanced Synergies: 90% of the collaborations would not have been created without the Cifre, and 93% of companies intend to renew the experience.
– Exemplary insertion: 62% of doctoral students get a job at the end of their Cifre, often in private CDI. Five years after the end of Cifre, 96% of respondents are active, 75% are in the private sector and 15% are international.
– Strong careers: 9 out of 10 former doctoral students say they are satisfied with their position, and the vast majority of them have executive status.
