Call for projects SESAME Wave File n°5 – The State and the Region support the structuring of strategic courses in Île-de-France, building on the scientific and technological capacities of higher education and research institutions. CY Alliance researchers or research teachers, CY Alliance partners POI CY Transfer, team CY Transfer accompany you to the deposit of your projects.

What kind of project?

The aim of the call for projects is to facilitate the use of shared means of production or infrastructure, in particular:

  • Technology platforms open to SMEs/ETI, allowing economic actors to access state-of-the-art equipment and training, to test and improve their innovations, to make prototypes...
  • integrated R&D projects to support the structuring or transformation of a sector and in connection with a public research institution and one or more SMEs/ETI.

These projects can also take the form of:

  • pooling of technical expertise or equipment promoting competitiveness and technology transfer,
  • collaborative tools enabling public companies and laboratories to share non-technological tools.

Who can benefit from it?

The project is presented by a single promoter, primarily an institution or institution of higher education and research or technology transfer, located in Île-de-France.
It can also be carried out by a company or possibly by a structure that unites several companies or even a representative entity of the companies in the sector (such as a professional federation, an GIE, an association, a pole of competitiveness, etc.), provided that the projects closely involve research organizations in the country. In this case, they must be involved in their governance and programme of activities.

What is the nature of aid?

  • The aid takes the form of a up to 50% of eligible expenditure and up to 2.5 million€.
  • The eligible expenditure base must be between 1 M€ and 5 M€It includes operating costs (staff, studies, communication, etc.) and equipment.
  • The intervention rate can be adjusted according to the characteristics and status of the project, the level of risk, the profile of the carrier and the incentive of the aid.

  • Sign up for the presentation webinar by the Ile-de-France Region on 29/04/2024 at noon (a link is sent after registration)

 

  • By 17 May 2024: send the application file to the team CY Transfer to cy.transfer@cyu.fr
  • Between 20 May and 5 June 2024: meeting with the team CY Transfer
  • June 14, 2024: filing applications on the regional site by CY Transfer
