2nd COMEX (Executive Committee) PUI CY Transfer
On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, the second COMEX of the University Innovation Centre is held CY Transfer, moderated by Olivier ROMAIN (Coordinator of PUI and VP Innovation & Transfer from CY Cergy Paris University).
It is an opportunity to recall thatUniversity Innovation Centres (PUI),in their territory, aim toincrease the effectiveness of innovation support schemes in all its dimensions, from partnership research to start-up , and to facilitate the transformation of technologies and knowledge into innovations, notably through DeepTech start-ups.

- An overview of the road map and the actions undertaken and to be undertaken
Composed of representatives of CY Alliance, public and private actors in the territory, representatives of small and large companies, and the 4 founding members (i.e. CY Cergy Paris University, SATT Erganeo, Le CNRS and CEREMA), this governance body meets quarterly to follow the roadmap of the project whose ambition is to accelerate the innovation dynamics of the territory targeted at researchers, students, companies and startups.
As a reminder, the project consists of 9 priority actions, centred on 5 axes:
- Embodydevelop a culture of innovation in our structures and in our ecosystem.
- Coordinateintensify and strengthen existing technology transfer mechanisms
- Sourcing, ensure quality sourcing related to the needs of the territory
- Bringing togetherdiversifying prematurity programmes
- Expand, improve the creation of Deeptech startups, in number and quality
Several actions are already underway, including the creation of Innovation Facilities, the launch of Strategic Sector Clubs and Innovation Chairs, the creation of a CY Innovation Award, and the establishment of a mapping of innovative companies in the region.
