CY Transfer You will be invited to submit your application for the Sci-Ty accompaniment programme, the deep tech for sustainable cities and smart buildings (VDBI) and the digitalisation and mobility of tomorrow (DDM).
What is PIA4 Premat/Mat Sci-Ty?
The Sci-Ty Accompaniment Programme (ANR PIA4), the Deep Tech for Tomorrow's Cities and Mobilitys,aims to support multiple innovation projects to promote their transfer to the socio-economic world by creating a community of experts and innovators at national and territorial level (experts, scientists, communities and inhabitants, socio-economic actors). Its objective is to develop and strengthen support for the creation of innovative products and services for the sustainable city and mobility in order to accelerate the transformation of our economy on the horizon of carbon neutrality.
Sustainable cities and innovative buildings, the projects identified serve the following areas:
- transforming cities into an integrated approach,
- acting on the building for sobriety in energy and resources,
- develop geo-based construction.
With regard to digitalisation and decarbonisation of mobility,the projects identified serve the following areas:
- tomorrow's rail mobility,
- Massified logistics,
- new transport offers by automation and decarbonation.
The funding allocated depends on the maturity and progress of the project in terms of its potential for valorisation and transfer. This envelope can reach 50,000 euros in prematuration and 250,000 euros in maturation.
Who can apply?
A researcher who meets the following conditions:
- holding a position as a researcher or teacher-researcher,
- be affiliated with a research unit belonging to the following eligible institutions: Gustave Eiffel University – IFP Energies nouvelles – CEREMA – CY Cergy Paris University – Aix Marseille University – Université Côte d'Azur – Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France – Nantes University – Ecole des Ponts ParisTech – ENTPE – Université Paris Saclay – ESTP Paris – Ecole Centrale Nantes – Ecole Centrale Lyon – Inssa Lyon.

- From12 to 20/02/24: scheduled face-to-face meeting with the team CY Transfer
- For the29/02/24 : transmission of the completed file tocy.transfer@cyu.fr
- Deposit on the SNA platform for evaluation by the Regional Premate Committee
As the cases are processed in order of arrival, it is recommended that they be submitted as soon as possible in order to have the time required for their investigation. This call is complementary to an analysis which can be carried out throughout the year.
